Unfortunately, in the past these hunters had to settle for lower quality, mass produced calls. Adding to the dilemma, these calls often failed to deliver a convincing full range of duck sounds. Sutter Basin Duck Calls has solved this problem with our short barrel double reed call. Hand tuned with the same materials and quality as our single reed calls, we have developed a double reed that is not only easy to blow, but delivers great low-end rasp and ducky mid-range quacks and hails. This call is nothing short of pure duck, and even if you are single reed caller you will want this call on your lanyard. It's a double that blows like a single due to the J -frame design.
